The power supply for this system still works and the lights on the motherboard turn on, but the system will not boot at all - like many Dells, the power light only turns yellow. I suspect either the motherboard or the CPU is bad; there is some suspicious white discoloraiton around the CMOS battery socket. The computer is sold as-is; it appears to have many salvagable parts.
System includes the following:
-Easy-open Dell case (missing a piece of the front panel) with Windows XP Home license sticker

-Socket 478 Pentium 4 CPU, speed unknown (2.8 GHz max), with fan and heatsink
-Two 128 MB RDRAM modules and two continuity modules
-AGP GeForce2 MX video card
-40 GB Seagate Barracuda IDE hard drive (verified to be functional)
-CD-ROM drive
-DVD-ROM/CD-R/RW combo drive
-Floppy drive
